Add 2 heaped teaspoons (10 g) to 200-300 mL water, stir well and drink during or immediately after exercising once daily.
Clean Protein Vanilla Cookie Dough
Add 3 heaped tablespoons (35 g) to:
350 mL water, milk or milk alternative, smoothies or foods, such as porridge, yoghurt, nicecream, bliss balls and clean treats.
Can be used twice daily.
