1 cup Coconut Water

1/2 banana, fresh or frozen

1/2 cup of berries (strawberries and blueberries are best)

handful spinach leaves

3 walnuts


1 tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Chia Seeds, soaked

1 serve Clean Protein Vanilla Cookie Dough

1 serve Collagen Build

1. Add all ingredients to blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Enjoy.
