How to make a claim

  1. Email support@nutraorganics.com.au with the subject line “Money Back Guarantee” plus your name within 21 days of your purchase
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    1. Full name
    2. Order number (if purchased from our website) OR store name & location (if item was purchased from a retailer)
    3. Reason for return
    4. Bank account details (account name, BSB, account number)
    5. Attach a copy of your purchase receipt (if item was purchased from a retailer)
  3. Once Nutra Organics has verified & approved your claim, post your claimed items to: Nutra Organics Money Back Guarantee, 2/2 Kite Crescent, South Murwillumbah, NSW, 2484, Australia and send your tracking number to support@nutraorganics.com.au 
  4. Once Nutra Organics has received your returned item, your refund will be processed into your bank account within 14 days.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The participation of the limited time “Money Back Guarantee” offer (“Offer”) is open only to buyers of Nutra Organics Collagen Beauty products who are 18 years or over (“You”) and are located in Australia, New Zealand or United States only.
  2. The Offer is only valid until 30th June, 2024.
  3. Nutra Organics may verify the validity of your claim. Nutra Organics shall be entitled to reject any claim and prohibit any one from participating in the Offer if Nutra Organics deems there is an abuse of the Offer, a fraud in the claim or an intent to jeopardise the fair operation of the Offer.
  4. By participating in the Offer, you accept these terms and conditions.
  5. The Offer applies only to Nutra Organics retail sized Collagen Beauty products. The Offer only includes Collagen Beauty powdered products - unflavoured, all flavours, and Marine Collagen Beauty.
  6. To make a claim, call our Nutra Organics customer service team on (02) 6672 4798 or email support@nutraorganics.com.au 
  7. Your claim must be submitted via our Nutra Organics customer services team and not via any retailer or in store. You must provide the requested information and send a digital copy of the purchase receipt to support@nutraorganics.com.au with the claimed item circled and wait for refund confirmation before returning the product to us. You must post the claimed item to: Nutra Organics Money Back Guarantee, 2/2 Kite Crescent, South Murwillumbah, NSW, 2484, Australia. Your purchase receipt must be clearly legible and specify the store of purchase. Failure to provide the requested information and to send a digital copy of the purchase receipt (which must be clearly legible and specifies the store of purchase) will result in the invalidation of your claim.
  8. You are responsible for paying for the return postage costs associated with participating in the Offer.
  9. Any claim received by Nutra Organics that is over 21 days following the date of the purchase receipt will not be processed.
  10. Only one refund per household at any one time.
  11. The refund will be the lesser of the purchase price of the claimed product as specified on the purchase receipt or the recommended retail price.
  12. Refunds will be made by direct deposit into your personal bank account no later than 14 days after your claim has been approved and the returned item has been received.
  13. Nutra Organics’s decision shall be final.
  14. Nutra Organics shall be entitled to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
  15. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, modifies or excludes any applicable statutory consumer rights.
