There’s a new superfood snack rolling up to the table and it’s not only got delicious wholefood fruits but wholefood vegetables and greens too (but we promise you can’t taste them). These roll ups have a berry and mango flavour that will satisfy that sweet tooth craving and healthifies store-bought roll ups.

Ingredients

PANTRY ITEMS

3 cups frozen fruit, we used mango & strawberry

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp maple syrup

NUTRA ORGANICS PRODUCTS

3 tbsp Veggie Hero

Method

Melt together three cups of frozen berry and mango in a pan on medium hit.
Add lemon, maple syrup and Veggie Hero, blend until pureed. If using a Nutri Bullet, allow to cool first before blending.
Pour onto a lined tray and bake at 80 degrees for 5-6 hours.
Cut into strips.
