Frozen Yoghurt Beauty Bark

This Frozen Yoghurt Beauty Bark is so simple, easy, and delicious you’ll be saying,“yoghurta be kidding me.” You can make this a protein packed version with greek yoghurt or a dairy free version with coconut yoghurt. You can most definitely add your own toppings, but this dark chocolate, almonds and Collagen Beauty boosting combination is absolutely worth shouting and barking about. 

Ingredients

2 cups greek or coconut yoghurt

1 tbsp honey

3 tbsp water

50g dark chocolate, chopped 

125g blueberries

1/2 cup almonds, chopped

PRODUCTS

3 tbsp Collagen Beauty Unflavoured


  1. Mix together yoghurt and honey until well combined.
  2. Mix together Collagen Beauty and water until dissolved.
  3. Pour onto a tray lined with paper and spread to an even thickness. 
  4. Sprinkle with toppings and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

 

Snap the bark into shards and keep in the freezer
