We are so obsessed with these simple, delicious and healthy gelatin gummies. It turns your classic immune-boosting ingredients into candy.

Lemon, Manuka Honey and Ginger are all immune-boosting superfoods in their own right. Lemon is high in vitamin C which is an antioxidant and supports immunity. Manuka honey has antimicrobial properties and promotes healing. Ginger is anti-inflammatory and contains the bioactive compound gingerol, which is a powerful antioxidant. Together, they cover lots of aspects of health and immunity - and taste amazing!

  • ½ cup Natural Gelatin
  • 1 cup room temperature water (to bloom gelatin)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 tbsp Manuka honey
  • 3-inch knob fresh ginger, grated
  1. In a medium bowl, bloom your gelatin by adding the gelatin to the room temp water.
  2. Mix together all the remaining ingredients (lemon juice, orange juice, ginger) and let it mingle for a couple of minutes. 
  3. Strain juice mixture into a saucepan, add water & then over a low heat heat in until it is hot but not boiling. 
  4. Remove your mixture from the heat and add stir in your honey.
  5. Pour into moulds and place in fridge until gummies are set, about 1 hour. 
  6. Store in the fridge and eat whenever you feel the need :)
