Thriving Cookies

Nut free, perfect for lunch boxes, low GI,  filled with healthy fats and oh so good. This is a great recipe to get the kids involved – just measure the ingredients out into little bowls and watch them delight in helping to create this tasty and nutritious snack.


You will need:

½ cup The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Flour

1 cup The Wholefood Pantry Desiccated Coconut 

1 cup The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Sugar

100ml The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Oil - melted

2 free range eggs (lightly beaten)

2 tbsp Thriving Protein – Exotic Vanilla



1. Preheat oven to 180C.

2. Pop all ingredients into a big bowl and mix well. If your mixture is dry add a little more coconut oil.

3. Roll into little balls, place into a tray lined with baking paper, press with a fork or your thumb and bake  for about 15 mins or until golden.

4. Cool for about 10 mins and enjoy.
