To make a single serve, simply add 1/3 cup (70 g) dried brown rice to 1 cup of water and boil for 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender - yield is 2/3 cup (110 g) cooked rice. For a larger serving size, simply add desired quantity of rice to water in a ratio of 1:3.
