SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping:

Nobody likes to pay shipping, but unfortunately it is a reality if you buy online. It has to be shipped and the courier doesn’t come for free. BUT we don’t like paying shipping – so we are pretty sure you don’t either. We have re-introduced FREE SHIPPING over a certain spend for each state, Metro and country areas, which means everyone can now have free shipping – Hooray!

General Shipping:

Nutra Organics takes great pride in shipping to you in the safest and most timely option available. It is so important to us that you receive your goods quickly and safely, so that the quality that we work so hard to achieve is maintained and you are able to enjoy your goods as soon as possible.

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.50 within Australia if outside the free shipping minimum spend. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received, and arrive approximately 2 - 10 working days from dispatch depending on the address location* (see shipping table below for full details).

Freighters:

We use both Australia Post and Fastway Couriers.

Australia Post is our preferred courier for most postage for outer lying and regional areas.

Delivery:

Signature on delivery is required for all parcels. If you would like to your parcel left if you are not home – please see the ‘Authority to Leave’ section below.

If the delivery address is unattended or someone is unable to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left (generally in the post box or under the front door) with instructions for you to have your parcel redelivered or to collect your parcel from your nearest authorised center.

IMPORTANT: Nutra Organics asks can you please inspect the parcel before signing with the courier. Should any damage have occurred in transit do not accept delivery of a parcel.

Ordering Belgium Choc Buttons during Summer? Our suggestion for successful chocolate transit.

Any orders placed by 1:30pm from Monday to Wednesday have the best chance of arriving just as they left our warehouse. Placing orders with chocolate closer to the weekend have a greater chance to sit in hot environments which will likely cause the chocolate to melt. If you would like to place an order of, or including our Belgium Choc Buttons, we advise waiting until Monday to complete your order, if you don’t get your order in by 1:30pm Wednesday afternoon.

If your Belgium Choc Buttons are warm to the touch upon opening your parcel, place the pack in the fridge for around two hours. After that the buttons should be firm and ready to eat or cook with.

Although it is our aim that you receive your Choc Buttons without them being subject to temperatures which would cause them to melt, we cannot dictate the transit temperatures and therefore can’t guarantee them not to melt. If ordering from regional or interstate areas, especially from areas subject to long transit times, please consider when ordering, that choc buttons would be subject to high temperatures for days and would most likely result in the chocolate melting.

If you decide to order the Belgium Dark Choc Buttons despite our recommendations, Nutra Organics may offer a credit depending on the circumstances. A refund is not offered! Nutra Organics will freight orders of Choc Buttons by express post at its own discretion.

Authority to Leave Parcels:

If you would like your parcel left unattended at time of delivery please make a note in the ‘leave us a note’ section at checkout.

IMPORTANT: Should you wish to have your parcel left without a signature please note that all responsibilities to Nutra Organics is waived

Currency: All prices are listed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment Methods:

We only use the fastest and safest forms of online payment. Our payment options are Paypal and Eway (online credit card) through which we accept both Visa and Mastercards.
No surcharges apply to any payments.
Direct Deposit is also accepted - please contact us for details.

International Shipping:
Shipping online is currently only available to Australia & Singapore.
Over the next coming weeks we will open International Shipping Worldwide!

International Shipping is not currently to many countries our online store. However, as a business we ship worldwide (manually). Our overseas rates constantly change - therefore we ask that you contact us at: sales@nutraorganics.com.au for a quote on international shipping.

To be able to generate an accurate quote we will need:

- Shipping Address
- Tentative Order (what would you like to order) as the freight is calculated on weight.

At time of order will we also need:
- Full Name (or company name)
- Telephone contact - in case the courier needs to contact you.

Once we have your order we will email you with a quote for your shipping. Once a shipping option has been selected you will receive an email (to your email) which will include the link to pay your account online.
Once your account has been paid, your order will be dispatched (within 48 hours).

Other important international shipping info:

Import Taxes: You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them.

Declaration of Value and Product Description: Due to International laws, Nutra Organics states the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. We will send an itemised invoice along with your order. These invoices will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item, and the cost.

Customs Info: Nutra Organics will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

RETURNS POLICY

We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered. Nutra Organics asks can you please inspect the parcel before signing with the courier should any damage have occurred in transit. Should any damage have occured Nutra Organics must be contacted via email:

within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.

You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

Please note that every effort is taken to ensure that we pack your order as safely as possible - but damage does occur from time to time - especially in the transit of glass items.

Thank you for your patience and co-operation in the event of a breakage or error with your parcel. We will work together to get the goodness your deserve to you as soon as possible.
