How is Maple Syrup made? When spring temperatures warm, this enables maple trees to turn their stored starch back into sugar. The sap is made by way of the maple tree mixing ground water with the sugar. The sap is generally clear water containing about 2 % sugar. By drilling the tree, capturing the sap and boiling it down, this removes most of the water content. it takes about 150 litres of sap to make about 4 litres of maple syrup, which has a sugar content of 66.9%

Taste is very authentic!! I'm always looking forward for maple + butter on my pancakes. Yuuum!
What a perfect little treat when you need a sweet hit - great, slightly smoky - caramel taste. I’d drink the stuff if I could ;)
love this maple syrup, and the jar it comes in
Perfect when craving a bit of sweetness :)
I had been given some maple syrup from my family back from holidays also from Canada, but not this one. This maple syrup is thicker and richer I love it so much more. It has great texture to it, I added a hint of it to the Luna Latte drink and it was divine.YUM I can't wait to try it over pancakes.! .
