How are Linseeds made? Linseeds (also called Flaxseeds) are a food and fibre crop that is grown in the cooler regions of the world. Linseeds come from the fruit of the flax plant. The whole plant is usually harvested and then dried to extract the seeds before threshing and packaging.

I put them in my smoothy in the morning, so easy to blend. Cant taste it. The best part, My kids dont realized its there :) no complain from them.. yay :)
