Vegetable Broth is naturally loaded with essential nutrients that support immunity when consumed as part of a healthful & varied diet. These nutrients include a whole food source of Zinc which is an essential mineral for assisting immune system function and contributes to cell protection from free radicals and Vitamin B12 to help reduce tiredness and fatigue whilst also supporting immunity. Vegetable Broth also contains a source of Calcium necessary not only for normal bone and teeth structure but also contributes to the function of digestive enzymes and energy metabolism. Manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing fish, shellfish, eggs, soy, tree nuts, lupin, and sesame.

Simply add 2 teaspoons (6 g) to 250 ml of boiling water for a hearty cup of goodness. Use as a base for soups, stews, and sauces for nutrition and taste. Make a broth bowl by adding a selection of veggies and noodles. Serve hot.

Delicious flavour! My new lunchtime go to is The Vegetable Broth Low Fod Map with noodles, mixed veg, mushrooms, soy sauce, garlic, chilli and shallots! So yum!!!!

Low fodmap veggie broth

I had been searching for a good vegetable stock or alternative that didn't contain any nasties and was also low fodmap.. it was honestly the hardest thing to find until I came across nutraorganics low fodmap vegetable broth - this has honestly been a life saver! It's full of so many beautifully nutritious ingredients and doesn't upset my stomach like many other brands. I love using it in the water I cook my quinoa in, it adds a lovely depth and flavour to anything I make with it.
