50 g Ramen noodles
1 small zucchini, spiralized or grated
1 glove of garlic, crushed
1 tbsp spring onions, sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced broccoli florets
1/4 sheet of nori, cut into small strips
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
200 ml boiling water
1 heaped tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Miso Ramen
1. Add all ingredients to a jar, except the water if saving for later
2. Pour in water, stir through and let sit for 3 minutes for the vegetable and noodles to soften.
3. Season to taste and garnish with extra spring onions, sesame seeds, and nori (if desired).
