Coconut Rough Bites

4 ingredients are our favourite amount of ingredients. These bites are quick, easy and really nails the sweet, salty, protein vibe. The perfect snack on the go, or a killer smoothie bowl topper. 



1 cup The Wholefood Pantry Dark Choc Buttons

1 tsp The Wholefood Pantry Himalayan Salt

1 tbsp Thriving Protein Cacao Choc

1 & 1/2 cups The Wholefood Pantry Shredded Coconut

1. Melt the dark Choc buttons over a double boiler (a bowl popped on top of a saucepan of simmering water) until melted. 

2. Add the protein, salt and shredded coconut and mix to combine and coat the coconut. 

3. On a sheet of baking paper pop about 1/2 a tablespoon dollops in little rows until you have used all the mixture. Flatten them down a little so that they are not too hard to bite when they set. 

4. Pop into the fridge for about 30 mins to set. 

Will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for a few weeks.
